Remote jobs and work at home opportunities are spreading like wildfire. 🔥
One of the key reasons behind that is that many people finally recognize that these can become ultra-profitable if only they know where to look.
As we answer the question – is Liveops legit? – I will also share with you one of my most recommended ways of earning online.
Since 2020, we are witnessing a massive shift in the way we perceive online alternatives for almost anything in our lives.
In terms of education, it was even found that there is a sudden increase in skill-based online courses that are usually tied with new and exciting online careers. ✅
Some of these newfangled careers include being a closer, becoming a content creator, or even a successful digital marketer. The field also changed in the sense that many of us are looking for ways to create additional streams of income.
Some of my friends have become tutors online, established profitable businesses during the pandemic, while others dipped their hands on the basics of day trading and Forex.
And perhaps, this is also the same reason you landed on this page – you are probably looking for the up-and-coming opportunities that can significantly augment your finances.
If you are doing your research right, I bet you have come across some lists about the top ways to earn online. 💸
2021 is a year of hope, which means that many businesses and even global economies are starting to bounce back on track.
As they are ushering the new normal into their offices, most of these companies are starting to offer permanent remote positions which you can apply into so long as you have the necessary requirements:
• a stable internet connection (wired) ✓
• a headset ✓
• a phone that can handle multitasking ✓
• a computer with at least 4GB of RAM and a Windows 10 system ✓
• transparent background and lighting, especially for video conferences ✓
And you know what the best thing about the above mentioned is? They are easily accessible and are not hard to set up! 😊
In this sense, anyone (including you) can dive right into any remote job and be guaranteed a generous salary without leaving their home. (the pajamas lifestyle is how I call it!)
If that is something you are interested in, I’m sure you’d like to know what I have prepared for you in this post.
Today, I will share my honest review on Liveops, an Arizona-based company that was established in the year 2000 under the outsourcing industry.
Unlike my previous posts, this one will dwell on one of the highly talked business process outsourcing companies that have been embracing cloud-based employment even before the pandemic.
Before we start, let me just clarify that I am not connected with the company, or am I an affiliate member under them.
With this being said, you can rest assured that there will be no up-sells on this page – just my brutally honest review of the platform. If that sounds like music to your ears, then off we go! 🚀
Liveops Review: Work From Home Jobs
As we all know, not all companies have in-house sales or tech support under them.
Instead of training people and investing in high tech infrastructure, these companies outsource customer servicing into different BPO firms.
In turn, these BPO’s will hire agents and train them on how to handle calls and close sales successfully.
We have seen how the pandemic derailed the operations of various corporations and affected industries worldwide. One of the most affected ones are the traditional business process outsourcing offices.
You see, if you were to work in a traditional BPO, you would likely be an employee where you’ll have to go to work in your cubicle and grind out for at least 8 hours every single day.
However, with cloud-based BPOs like Liveops, you can establish your own office and create a work schedule that fits your daily routine.
In here, you will also handle calls from the comfort of your home as long as you have a desktop computer, internet connection, a phone, and you must be willing to file your own taxes.
Therefore, I am saying that with this platform, you can become the ‘boss’ and work whenever you feel like working. The accent falls on the word ‘boss’.
Just last year, Liveops was ranked by FlexJobs as the #4 out of 100 companies offering remote-friendly jobs. ⭐
Basically, they offer virtual customer service positions under industries such as insurance, technology, sales, education, and health.
The company is servicing several big-league corporations and enterprises such as Amway, Victoria’s Secret, Aegon, Salesforce, Wokingham Borough Council, Parcel Force, and other Fortune 500 brands.
The company works under the premise that each signed up call center agent can become an independent contractor or a business owner on their own through the collaborative engagement between Liveops and the agent.
In this sense, it is so flexible that you can scale this side hustle into your primary business, create your own agency, and continue servicing some of the world’s biggest companies.
See what Liveops are saying about this opportunity. 👈
Liveops holds under its belt around 10.7k followers on Facebook, 1.5k on Instagram, and around 7.2k on Twitter in terms of social media presence.
They are also BBB accredited, where it currently boasts an A+ rating. It also has a few complaints, but most of these are already answered and resolved.
The good thing here is that they ensure that each complaint is answered and thoroughly settled, unlike what I usually encounter with some of the companies I review on this site.
From the way I see it, I think Liveops is a great opportunity, especially for those who are looking for more than just earning a few dollars here and there. 🙂
With Liveops, you have the opportunity to get the same stability that you enjoy out of traditional employment.
All of that is because you’ll be granted a six-month contract alongside the free certified training on all of the products and companies under them with which you want to work with.
However, please note that when I say ‘stability’, I do not mean that you’ll be entitled to any employee and government benefits, okay? 🛑
Once you get accepted to work under Liveops, you will be treated as an independent contractor, so you have to pay and manage your own taxes.
But if you’re going to ask me for my opinion on this, I would still say that it’s a good deal since you can have a monthly salary that is almost at the same level as regular day jobs.
The only difference is that you get to choose when and where you want to work. 👍
Before you head over to the site and try to apply right away, let me first discuss how exactly it works and the application process you should expect.
How Does Liveops Work?
Now, let’s talk about how Liveops works. In a nutshell, you can just head over to their site and apply as an agent under their company.
You do not have to worry if this is your first time applying in the call center industry since they provide relevant training, and they even hold exclusive events per state.
Your read that right, per state! Because as an essential requirement, you must be a resident of the United States and come ONLY from the eligible states.
You must also be at least 18 years old and must possess a social security number and a high school level diploma.
When I finished high school, I applied to one of the traditional BPOs, and I can say that the criteria mentioned above are non-negotiable.
However, note that Liveops is servicing different companies.
This usually means that having a bit of experience in outbound and inbound calls can significantly help ensure that you’ll land on a company that pays well.
Say, if you have technical skills, be sure to highlight that in your online application on the site.
After completing that, you will also need to shell out a $45 processing fee for a background and credit check. This check is so rigorous, making it the part where most applicants are denied positions under the company.
In terms of work equipment – please note that they have a very strict policy about this since you will be handling calls for some of the biggest brands.
Due to this, I recommend that you set aside time to create an official workspace that is free of distraction and noise pollution. You will also be expected to invest on:
- high-quality USB headset with noise cancellation features ✓
- a digital phone with connectivity ✓
- highspeed wired internet connection ✓
- a computer with the latest anti-virus software ✓
- Google Chrome or Internet Explorer must be installed ✓
- a monitor with at least 1024 X 768 pixels ✓
- a soundcard (for a more enhanced voice quality) ✓
Given the abovementioned home office and equipment setup, I remarkably suggest that you slowly invest in these items before diving into Liveops.
As someone who is very frugal, I suggest that you look for the best deals online, and at the same time, buy only from the well-known brands in the field.
This is due to the fact that your customers will rate your services, meaning that you should maintain a very professional facade.
In terms of payment – let me clarify that there is no real pay rate that we can use under Liveops. You see, your price will actually depend on the client you are working with.
For instance, some companies may pay 25 cents per minute of talk time, while others may set it at one dollar per minute.
Additionally, some companies also have a commission bonus! Also, note that there are a few entirely commission-based companies.
Even the payment method may be different since it is also entirely up to the company you are signed up with. 💳
Some may directly deposit it into your bank account or PayPal address, while some will issue checks at least twice a month.
I know that it may sound like a bummer, especially if you know someone in the same company earning more than you.
However, please note that you can also just take advantage of their free pieces of training and get yourself certified on other products and companies that can pay a better rate.
Liveops Complaints
To be honest, there aren’t that many complaints about this company. 🥳
Although they still do not have their own Trustpilot page, I analyzed the usual complaints stated on YouTube videos, forums, and BBB. Here are the things I found out:
Complaint 1:
People are saying that they are a scam because some failed in the background and credit check. On the defense of the company, I think that they are flagging those with even the slightest bit of suspicious activities due to their work nature.
I cannot really blame them because they also want to ensure that their clients’ interests are protected.
Complaint 2:
While the company sounds like a great deal, they are only accepting Americans from specific states at the moment.
Complaint 3:
They require you to invest in high-level work equipment.
Besides those, I cannot find any other negative comments about the company since it pays well. You can even find many YouTube content creators discussing this company, which is always a great sign.
Is Liveops Legit or a Total Scam?
Liveops is legit and is unquestionably not a total waste of time. It is flexible, profitable, beginner-friendly, and it is something that you can start anytime!
For parents who are just staying at home and college students looking to jumpstart a career during the quarantine period, I highly suggest that you check out this opportunity for yourself.
Not only does it pay well, but it actually encourages you to upskill, and if you have the means, scale it into a profitable business.
BPOs are here to stay, especially with everything that is going on around the world.
Most of the transactions are being done online, so you can rest assured that you can expect a flexible and profitable opportunity if you work in this industry.
However, if you are someone who is not comfortable with the idea of pitching services or closing sales, I think I might have another better online opportunity that you can take advantage of.
Just like how flexible Liveops is, my most recommended way of earning online will allow you to grow your income anytime and anywhere – even when you’re deep asleep! 😴
How I Make A Living Online (and how you too can!)
Now, if you’re really serious about changing your life, then I think I may have the perfect opportunity for you.
It’s the same one that earned me my freedom and allowed me to live a more fulfilling life by having more time to focus on the everyday activities that I’m genuinely passionate about.
The opportunity that I’ll share with you comes in the form of an online business, and it’s widely recognized as affiliate marketing.
It’s a widespread business model in which you get paid a particular predefined commission to promote and sell other people’s products or services.
The concept behind it is quite simple, and it consists of the following four steps:
Step 1:
The first step of the process requires you to build a website that will serve as an asset and a strong foundation for your business.
I know that building a site may sound technical to some, but I assure you it’s not. Times have changed, and nowadays, you can get one up-and-running with less than ten clicks. (literally!)
Your site will revolve around a specific topic, and it will ideally be filled with helpful content that resolves a particular issue.
The content that your site holds is entirely up to you, as long as it’s well-written and valuable for the person that’s reading it. 👌
It will be easier for you to promote products or services on your site if you create content that tackles a particular problem, like building a treehouse or setting a garden in a way so it’s protected from the outside world.
By creating such content, you’ll recommend products that will help the reader solve his problem.
For example, a hammer may come in quite handy to someone looking to build a treehouse, wooden shed, or something along those lines.
Step 2:
The second step of the process is when you partner up with different companies through their affiliate programs.
Once you do that, grab the links they give you and spread them out to specific key locations on your site, so they earn you money every time someone clicks on them and buys the product that you’re recommending.
This step is pretty simple, but for some reason, people still tend to mess it up. Don’t worry about being one of them because I’ll show you everything you need to know to correctly nail this step.
Step 3:
The third step is the most crucial one, and it’s the step where you’re required to drive traffic to your pages and let the readers absorb your content with all its beauty.
Your well-written guides are worthless if there’s no one to read them, but luckily for you, I’ll be showing you a free traffic technique that you can implement with ease.
Although it’s free, it will require you to spend some time implementing it, but more on that later.
The fourth step is the last, and it’s my favorite for a reason. 🤩
It’s when all of your hard work pays off, and you finally get the chance to taste the fruits of your labour.
I think that there’s no need to remind you that this is not a get-rich-quick scheme you’re dealing with, but a real business model capable of providing with the most ‘valuable’ things in life – freedom & money.
You won’t get rich overnight, but as your traffic increases, more and more visitors will flood your site, resulting in more purchases and money in your pockets.
You’re probably asking yourself – “why is this guy telling me all of this?”
Because I want to let you know that the site you’re currently on is an ideal example of what an affiliate blog should look like.
It’s simple, concise, and works like a charm, as reflected by its functionality. Another proof that it’s working just fine is the fact you’re sitting and reading my Liveops review.
My knowledge and understanding of driving traffic didn’t come out of the blue, and I want to make that clear before continuing. 🤓
Like yourself, I was once a newbie that knew nothing about building a site, driving traffic to it, let alone monetize it.
However, I was just as fortunate as you to come across the platform that ultimately changed my life for the better, and it’s the same platform that I’ll be introducing you to here today.
The platform goes by the name of Wealthy Affiliate, and without it, I wouldn’t have the tools, pieces of training, and support to innovate and flourish in this competing industry.
If I had not come across them, I probably would have been another broke blogger trying to figure out what goes where and who does what. 😕
WA is a unique platform that deals with a freemium membership model, meaning that you can sign-up as a starter member and partake in the first few lessons for free.
That should give you plenty of time to decide whether a career in affiliate marketing is something you would want to pursue.
I’ll be personally welcoming you on the inside and even share my best pointers on getting started the proper way.
I’ll unselfishly share all of my knowledge with you and even provide you first-hand info regarding the latest methods for driving traffic and monetizing it.
Bear in mind that all my advice will be based on real insights from my experiences on this site, so you can rest assured that it is top-notch.
I don’t want to bother you too much, but make sure not to miss out on my onboarding message just in case you decide to give it a go.
Hopefully, my review was detailed enough and answered the question of whether Liveops is legit or not. Please feel free to leave your comment down below, and I’ll make sure to get back to you as soon as I can. 👋
Hi Gorjan,
From your review, LiveOps sounds like an excellent option for anyone looking for remote work. Even though there are so many remote job opportunities posted right now, it’s quite hard to get a callback.
But going through a company like LiveOps could be that boost that someone needs.
I also am a member at WA and have EXTREMELY enjoyed my membership, the community, and building and growing my website.
However, I have also considered getting a part-time remote job until it takes off since I am relatively new to the community.
Unfortunately, I’ve been in CS and sales most of my life, and LiveOps doesn’t seem like it would be the best fit for what I’m looking for right now.
I’m just burned out on it, is all.
But I am interested in taking courses on being a content creator, so I am looking forward to jumping over to your post you linked!

Hi Haley, I hope your day is going well.
It’s always a blessing to see a WA member on my blog. Please let me know if there’s something that I can help with. I’ll gladly share my guides with you, take a look at your site and even advise on how to improve it.
I wish you all the best on your journey.
Hi!
Very interesting and insightful product review about Liveops! With the current pandemic situation, many companies will certainly shift to outsourcing, increasing many remote jobs.
You also talked about affiliate marketing which offers a lot of opportunities.
I think that now is the moment to invest time in this kind of business as the lockdown period has caused a rise in the use of the internet and with that online sales and marketing.
Continue the great work!
Cheers
The time to dive into the online world has never been better. Even after the pandemic is over, you can still check and see that the number of users online increases by the minute.
In the world of marketing, that translates to more leads and potentially more sales.
Thanks for the kind remarks!
Hi,
Liveops sounds like a really clever business idea.
I can see how this would be great for someone who may need a side hustle for a while or in transition between one job and another.
I am not sure how you would make this scalable for yourself since Liveops vets all the individuals who sign up with them.
What services does Liveops provide other than sales?
Do they also provide tech support for example or other outsourceable services like accounts payable and accounts receivable?
Thanks
Andy
Mostly sales, but there are alos a few others that you might benefit from. It’s best to reach out to them directly because as I said, I am in no way associated with them.
Thanks for the comment, Andy. I appreciate it. Text me if there’s any other way that I can help.
Hey! Great Article.
I think that many online companies have high criteria for people starting online. And also only to register they have an exorbitant cost.
That’s why I think an online newbie should start with affiliate marketing, as you suggest here. Thank you for sharing a good review.
Lyne
Hey Lyne, hope you’re all right.
If you ask me, the cost of starting an affiliate marketing business is what lures most people to try their luck with this business model.
Some succeed, some don’t, but all agree that the concept behind it is as simple as it gets. It’s just hard work and nothing else.
